Common questions
Where does AI actually help?
Where you have repetition and data. If a task is done the same way every day, and the information already exists in emails, PDFs, Excel or WhatsApp, AI can probably do it faster. If it needs judgment or relationships, keep a person on it.
Will the AI make mistakes?
It can. That's why a person checks the work before it's saved or sent, and why numbers in reports come from your database, not from the AI.
Where will AI waste my money?
AI with no data behind it. A fancy chatbot on a website with 5 visitors a day. An "AI strategy" before you've automated a single real process.
Do I need an AI strategy first?
No. Pick one process, automate it, and measure the hours saved for a month. Then pick the next one.
What if our records are on paper?
