Common questions

Do you set up Zoho?

No. I'm the developer side. If basic setup is all you need, I'll point you to it honestly. Sometimes the right path is a setup partner first and a developer later.

Should I use Zoho or custom software?

It's not always either/or. Many businesses keep Zoho and build only around the gaps.

Can Zoho talk to my website and WhatsApp?

Yes. Zoho has a full API. Leads from your website, WhatsApp and email can land in Zoho CRM automatically, tagged and assigned to the right person.

Is Zoho Inventory enough for a manufacturer?

Zoho Inventory is built for businesses that move stock, not ones that make it. It falls short on bill of materials, production orders, work-in-progress and true production cost. Those gaps can be filled around Zoho.

What about GST e-invoicing for invoices made outside Zoho Books?

Zoho Books handles e-invoicing when you bill from it directly. Invoices born in your website, custom app or ERP still need valid IRNs, and connecting those systems is the real job.
