Custom ERP software for manufacturers and exporters
Your business runs on Excel, WhatsApp and paper. The same order gets typed into three places. Nobody is sure which file is right. A simple question, like how much of an item you sold last month, takes half a day to answer.
For manufacturers, exporters and operations-heavy businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools.
01 / Signs
Signs you need this
- Two people edit the same Excel file and nobody knows which version is right.
- There's a formula nobody dares touch, because the person who built it has left.
- Stock in the sheet doesn't match stock in the warehouse.
- Export documents are built by copy-paste, and wrong numbers slip through.
- Production finds out too late that a raw material isn't in stock.
- You hired more people to fix the chaos, and the errors kept happening.
02 / What I build
What I build
One system for the whole operation, built around your process. One rule runs through it: enter it once, use it everywhere.
Orders and quotations
A confirmed order tells production what to make. Nobody has to pass it on by hand.
Inventory and purchase
The system checks stock for each order and alerts purchase to raise a PO in time.
Production, lots and dispatch
See what's being made, where it is and when it ships. Trace every lot from production to dispatch.
Documents in one click
Quotations, invoices and export paperwork generated from data already in the system.
Reports and roles
The full history of any order in one view. Each person sees only what they need.

Architecture, timeline and scope, agreed before any code is written.
- 03
Build
Building with reliability and maintainability in mind, with integrations to the tools you already use.
- 04
Launch
Deployment, a handover session, documentation and a support window.
- 05

06 / FAQ
Common questions
What does a custom ERP include?
Order management, inventory, production scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and export documents, all in one platform. It replaces disconnected tools like Excel, Tally and paper registers. The exact modules depend on how you work.
How long does it take?
A focused ERP with 3–5 core modules usually takes 8–16 weeks from discovery to go-live. It depends on the number of integrations and how quickly decisions get made.
Why not buy an off-the-shelf ERP?
That's fine when you start and your process is standard. Export and in-house production rarely are. You end up customising anyway, and per-user pricing grows with your team.
Can it work with Zoho or the tools we already use?
Yes. It's not always either/or. Often the best path is to keep Zoho and build only around the gaps.
What happens after launch?
You get a handover session, documentation and a support window. Most clients continue with a retainer for changes and new features as the business grows.
